Request to open a support ticket

Request to open a support ticket

This form is used to send the required information to open a support ticket. Once the support team receive your request they will open the ticket and you will the receive an e-mail containing the support call reference. Please fill in all fields below, giving as much detail as possible. Once you have completed the form it will usually be processed within one working day. If you are certain that you have a hardware fault and just want an RMA number, then it may be better to open an RMA request directly.

If your call is urgent and requires an immediate response, please call the helpdesk.
