Request for Return Materials Authorisation (RMA)

This form is used to request an RMA number for equipment that you want to return for repair. Once you have completed the form, the support team will review the information and then either raise the RMA or request further information on the fault. Please fill in all fields below. Once you have completed the form it will usually be processed within one working day. If you are not certain that you have a hardware fault, then it may be better to open a support call with the support team first.

  • The following field (Detailed description of the fault) should contain information such as the frequencies and channels in use, software build and a full description of the fault. The more information that is provided the easier it will be to identify the fault and repair the unit.
  • For units that are out of warranty a purchase Order is required for the repair to be completed. If you have a rolling purchase order to cover the repair or have raised an order for this repair already, please enter the number here. Entering a number here means that you are happy for us to charge against that Purchase order for the repair of this unit in line with the agreed terms of your contract.
  • Processing your request may take a while – please be patient. Do not send the equipment until you have received an RMA number.
